I've been working on snap-together models for the Barth Sextic. It's one of my favorite surfaces, and is very difficult to 3d print. I've had some good success in printing it all as one piece, but practical limits arise in size due to printer capacity, print times which grow about cubically with size, and ludicrous support requirements.

I think it's only natural then to try to print the surface as several pieces. To this end, I extracted a single piece of the surface, and modeled it so that it snaps together! Yay!
